Where we ship
We currently ship anywhere in Australia. Orders are dispatched cold from our Sydney warehouse Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
We don't ship internationally yet. If you're outside Australia and want VYVE, drop us a line at hello@vyve.club so we know where the demand is.
Rates & timing
Standard delivery uses Australia Post and partner couriers. Estimated delivery windows from dispatch:
Cost
- Standard shipping: $9.95 flat rate
- Express shipping: $14.95 flat rate
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $60
- Free standard shipping on every Club subscription, every month
Most one off orders qualify for free shipping. A 12 pack puts you above the $60 threshold automatically.
Tracking your order
You'll get a confirmation email the moment your order is placed, and a separate dispatch email with a tracking link the moment your order leaves our warehouse.
Tracking is live, so you'll see updates as your order moves through the network. If you don't see your dispatch email within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email us.
Delays & weather
We dispatch on time, every time. Once your order leaves us, the carrier owns the journey. Most parcels arrive on schedule, but Australia is large and weather, public holidays, and carrier backlogs occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
If your order is more than 3 business days past the upper estimate above, get in touch and we'll chase it down with the carrier on your behalf.
Returns policy
VYVE is a fresh consumable beverage. For food safety and hygiene reasons, we don't accept returns on opened or partially consumed products, and we don't accept returns simply because a flavour wasn't to your taste.
That said, we want you to enjoy what you've ordered. If your first VYVE order doesn't land for you, contact us within 14 days and we'll work with you on a fair resolution. We'd rather earn a long term member than win a short term sale.
What we will accept back
- Unopened, sealed cans returned within 14 days of delivery, in resaleable condition
- Damaged or faulty products (see below)
- Wrong items sent in error (see below)
Return shipping for change of mind is at your cost. Return shipping for damaged or wrong items is on us.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives with dented, leaking, or otherwise damaged cans, we'll make it right. Email hello@vyve.club within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damage, including the outer packaging if relevant
- Whether you'd prefer a replacement, store credit, or a refund
We'll respond within 1 business day and resolve it without you having to chase us.
Wrong order
If you've received the wrong flavour, the wrong quantity, or someone else's order entirely, that's our mistake and we'll fix it fast. Email hello@vyve.club with your order number and a photo of what arrived. We'll dispatch the correct items at our cost.
You don't need to return what you received in error unless we ask, in which case we'll cover the return postage.
How refunds work
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3 business days. Depending on your bank, the funds may take a further 3 to 7 business days to appear on your statement.
If you paid with Afterpay, Klarna, or another buy now pay later provider, refunds are processed through that provider directly and are subject to their timing.
Your consumer rights
Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL, including the right to a refund or replacement if a product is faulty, unsafe, or significantly different from what was described.
If something has gone wrong with your order, you don't need to recite the law to us. Just tell us what happened and we'll sort it.
