This is the right address for: questions about a product, feedback, requests, ideas, or just saying hi.

Order support

For anything to do with an existing order — tracking, damaged delivery, wrong flavour, missing items — email support@vyve.club with your order number. Including a photo when relevant gets things resolved fastest.

Before emailing, our shipping page covers most order related questions including delivery times by region and our process when something goes wrong.

Club subscriptions

To pause, skip, change frequency, or cancel a Club subscription, log into your account on vyve.club. If you'd rather we handled it manually, email support@vyve.club with your account email and what you'd like changed. We'll confirm in writing once it's done.

Press & partnerships

For media enquiries, interviews, sample requests, or potential brand partnerships, email hello@vyve.club with "Press" or "Partnership" in the subject line so we can route it to the right place.

We're particularly open to conversations with creators, gyms, studios, and venues whose audience is genuinely aligned with the VYVE ethos.

Wholesale & stockist

If you run a cafe, gym, studio, or independent retailer in Australia and you'd like to stock VYVE, we'd love to hear from you. Email hello@vyve.club with the subject line "Wholesale" and tell us:

  • Your business name and location
  • The kind of venue and your typical customer
  • Roughly how many cans per week you'd expect to move

We'll come back to you with our wholesale pricing and minimums.

Response times

VYVE is run from Sydney, Monday to Friday, AEST. We answer email outside those hours when we can but the consistent commitment is one business day for a meaningful response.

We don't currently offer phone or live chat support. We've found that thoughtful written responses serve customers better than a queue, and it lets us put more energy into the product.
